Well, now that you've seen that provocative title, you will be disappointed with this post that just has a couple pictures of flowers. Sorry, I can be a stinker like that!
But I really do go both ways. When it comes to black and white photos and color photos. I will go to edit a picture, and have a really tough time trying to figure out which one looks better. Take this tulip plant. Of course color looks great- it's a vibrant flower! But I think the black and white is really beautiful, too.
Which version do you prefer?
For this photo ~ color ~ some photos I think just call for color ~ depends ~ very creative photo ~thanks for sharing, namaste, ^_^
ReplyDeleteThey both look great! I can't decide. I'm glad you shared them both!
ReplyDeleteThey're both great and so different! The black and white is more abstract, I'm not certain I would have known what it was straight away. I only shot in black and white for a long time and now I'm all color. James still does a ton of black and white pinhole photography so we do get our share of shadow and light. For some reason with digital I'm partial to color and now with your new vibrant hair you'll want color portraits all the way!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful - both ways! :-)
ReplyDeleteI almost always go back to color because I adore vibrant colors but you are right, the black and white is pretty amazing too!
ReplyDeleteI love them both. If I had to choose I would say the colour (sorry, I spell Canadian style), just because the flowers are so lovely. I love black and white for portraits of people.
ReplyDeleteBoth are gorgeous, but after seeing the color first, I'd have to go with that. The vibrant colors in those flowers are just beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a nice colorful vibrant flowers it really great display with color and black and white. It is one type of art and creations in the photography.

Just gorgeous-- the first one is breathtaking, a regular carnival of color. Generally I prefer black & white {particularly when it comes to displaying pics on a wall}, but man, those colors...!
